Dr. Lovelace Osei Bonsu is a visionary entrepreneur, healthcare professional, and global business leader with extensive experience spanning healthcare, government procurement, international trade, and cross-border transactions. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, he provides strategic leadership focused on innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
He has successfully led and executed contract deals with the Ministry of Education, Ghana, involving the supply of food items and school uniforms. These engagements required strong capabilities in government procurement processes, supplier coordination, logistics planning, compliance, and large-scale execution, further strengthening his expertise in managing institutional contracts and public-sector partnerships.

Dr. Bonsu has also facilitated international trade transactions, including a foreign gold supply deal involving a buyer based in Dubai, where he acted as a guarantor for the entire process and transactions involved. In this role, he provided oversight across negotiation, documentation, compliance alignment, and transactional integrity, demonstrating his ability to manage high-value, cross-border commercial engagements with trust and accountability.

Previously, he led MedImpact Company Limited, a healthcare enterprise specializing in the procurement and distribution of medical and healthcare consumables. Through this role, he gained hands-on experience in supplier negotiation, quality assurance, inventory management, regulatory awareness, and healthcare supply-chain operations within regulated environments.
Dr. Bonsu holds a medical degree (MBBS) from Hebei North University, China, and a Leadership and Management in Health qualification from the University of Washington, USA. His academic and professional background equips him with strong competencies in organizational leadership, systems management, risk oversight, and strategic decision-making.

His professional journey further extends into technology consulting, infrastructure planning, global sourcing, and business development, giving him a systems-level perspective on scaling organizations across diverse and complex markets. Dr. Linda Ankama
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Dr. Linda Ankama is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the company, bringing nearly a decade of experience across healthcare, operations leadership, and multi-sector business environments. She provides strategic oversight of operational execution, internal systems, and service delivery, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalable growth across the organization.
She previously served as Chief Operations Officer at OB Trading Enterprise, a general merchandise company operating across multiple sectors. In this role, Dr. Ankama led and executed diverse sourcing and supply projects, overseeing procurement, logistics coordination, vendor management, and end-to-end operational delivery.

Her project experience includes coordinating the sourcing and supply of all materials required for a hostel facility with an estimated bed capacity of approximately 250, managing accessories and operational supplies for hotel facilities, and procuring farm equipment for farmers across the Bono, Bono East, and Ahafo regions of Ghana. These projects required strong capabilities in supplier sourcing, logistics planning, cost control, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

In the healthcare sector, Dr. Ankama has overseen the procurement and supply of medical consumables for hospitals, ensuring quality standards, timely delivery, and compliance awareness. Her experience across hospitality, agriculture, infrastructure support, and healthcare reflects a strong ability to manage complex, cross-sector operations with precision and accountability.
